Renter's Insurance is required to reside at Lakefield Mews. You may use your own Insurer, but please make sure Lakefield Mews is listed as an "Interested Party." As a current Resident, you are automatically approved through a program called Renter's Advantage (see below.) This is just another way to offer you convenience as a Resident of Lakefield Mews/Palms Associates.. Contact the Office for more information.

Does time get away from you? Do you find yourself paying rent last minute because life is busy! Remember, Lakefield Mews, offers a wonderful program where you can have your rent automatically drafted from your account on the 3rd of each month. You are able to sign up in the Office. Remember to bring along a voided check.
